Our Recruitment Process



When you apply for a job with us you will receive an immediate acknowledgement of your application via email.
 
We undertake a rigorous recruitment process to ensure that the staff we employ will embody our company culture and be great ambassadors for our business.
 
Your application/s will be considered against the requirements of the role/s you have applied for.  If you do not hear from us at this point you can assume that you have been unsuccessful on this occasion. 
 
We will make phone contact with suitable applicants to talk directly with you about the role you’ve applied for.  If this all goes well you will be asked to come in for a face to face interview with your potential future manager.  Success at this stage will mean a final interview with the National HR Manager – this is to ensure that we are a good fit for you and vice versa!
