FlexCare Assist is built for people who need steady, familiar support to feel safe and in control of their day. The focus stays on structure, reducing overwhelm and building trust through consistent one-on-one care. Support is shaped around each person’s routine, preferences and pace, including daily living, community access, and calm presence throughout the day. Support extends to neurodivergent children, young people and adults who benefit from predictable routines, sensory-aware approaches and communication tailored to individual needs. Qualified with Cert III in Disability, First Aid/CPR, experience in manual handling, tube feeding and mealtime management.
