Inner Stillness is a trauma-aware, evidence-informed wellbeing program for Australian primary schools (K–6). It offers weekly breathwork, movement, stillness stories, emotional regulation activities, and teacher professional development to build resilience, confidence, and emotional intelligence in children.
The program integrates neuroscience, somatic regulation, inclusive teaching, and culturally respectful practices with age-appropriate mindfulness and gratitude activities. Fully downloadable and teacher-led, Inner Stillness provides curriculum-aligned resources for easy classroom delivery.
