By combining hands-on training, industry engagement, and a nationally recognised unit of competency (BSBCUS301 – Deliver and monitor a service to customers), the initiative offers candidates a robust foundation for professional success.

- Guest lectures from industry partners, sparking inspiration and career aspirations
The program’s inaugural session in Melbourne’s Sunshine suburb drew 22 participants from diverse professional backgrounds, underscoring its broad appeal. The demand for this training has been so significant that a second program in Fitzroy is already fully booked, with plans to expand nationwide in 2025.
