Celebrating Inclusion on International Day of People with Disability

Our Sarina Russo Job Access (SRJA) Team had an incredible morning at Cloud 129 Community Lifestyles Agency (CLA) celebrating the International Day of People with Disability! It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with CLA staff, participants, and community members to share ideas about inclusive employment and how SRJA can support these opportunities.

We also enjoyed inspiring conversations with Carey Turner, Service Coordinator, about the great initiatives happening at CLA—especially their employment support programs and training offered through Cloud 129. “We were able to connect with Jorge, Emily, Mary, Rhiannon, and Georgia all local employers with Inclusion Plans.”

CLA is excited to collaborate further by referring participants for direct registrations. To keep the momentum going, we’ll be providing new marketing materials to help spread the word and will be arranging a meeting with their HR team to explore how we can support their employees, share candidate referrals, and provide information about Ongoing Support through Inclusive Employment Australia.

Together, we’re building stronger pathways for inclusion and employment in our community!

Whether you’re looking for work or looking to hire, we place participants at the center of the service and simplify the process for jobseekers, employers, and service providers.
