National Reconciliation Week 2026: All In

National Reconciliation Week (NRW) is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to reflect on how each of us can contribute to reconciliation in Australia. It is an opportunity to build understanding, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change across our communities.

The theme for NRW 2026, All In, calls on everyone to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation every day. It reminds us that reconciliation is not a passive activity; it requires action, shared responsibility, and collective effort. The campaign artwork by renowned Gumbaynggirr/Bundjalung artist Otis Hope Carey reflects this message, bringing together people from all walks of life in a vibrant and optimistic representation of unity and change.

At the Sarina Russo Group (SRG), we proudly support National Reconciliation Week and remain committed to fostering respect, inclusion, and meaningful opportunities for First Nations peoples. As a people-focused organisation, we recognise the importance of valuing First Nations histories, cultures, and connections to Country, and building genuine relationships across the communities we serve.

Let us all reflect on the theme All In and consider how each of us can contribute to a more respectful, inclusive, and connected future.
