Our fully government-funded CTA program includes:
- Induction and assessment: Our coaches get to know you through a comprehensive Initial Career Profile Assessment.
- Career road map: One-on-one coaching sessions to identify goals, transferable skills, and what is needed to gain employment.
- Your marketing campaign: Access and creation of targeted and customized résumés, cover letters, interview skills, networking skills, social media, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Targeted job search: Access to digital resources with individual and small group activities to help undertake a strategic job search, targeted networking, self-marketing, and engaging with employers.
- My career coach: Access to a personal coach to support, mentor, and keep you on track.
- IT support: Assistance with digital literacy, including creating emails, MyGov accounts, using apps, and applying for jobs online.
- Career pathway plan: One-on-one guidance to develop a clear action plan for your career pathway.
- Post-program support: Ongoing access to courses and tutorials, job application assistance, and milestone monitoring.
