In today's rapidly evolving job market, Employability Skills Training has become an essential tool for job seekers and employees alike. Employability Skills are the abilities and qualities that enable an individual to ‘Get that Job’, ‘Keep that Job’ and ‘Grow in that Job’. These skills are in high demand by employers and can be the deciding factor between two equally qualified candidates.
Employability Skills Training programs aim to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the workplace. These programs are designed to provide participants with a range of skills, from communication and teamwork to problem-solving and critical thinking. The benefits of Employability Skills Training are numerous, including increased job satisfaction, career advancement, and higher earning potential.

What are participants say about the EST Program
"I gained experience not only in writing my resume and cover letter to appeal to employers but through the program I was offered job placement that has turned into a whole new full time career! I was told many good and not so good things about myself that prior to the program I couldn’t even recognise, and that in itself is valuable information that I can use to change myself for the better and I have Megan and Bec to thank for that." - David Lamberth
"I have become more open and comfortable with myself. I would truly recommend these courses to others as it creates an outlet to express yourself" - Emily Theuerkauf
"I would recommend this course to others as it's a great learning experience for people who don't know anything about computers and resumes and being themselves." - Debbie Siffleet.
