Sandra had dedicated 32 years as a carer and was ready for a new chapter in her life. With the support of Sarina Russo Job Access (SRJA) and her dedicated consultant at our SRJA Mount Druitt office, Sandra embarked on her journey to re-enter the workforce.
Sandra's determination to find work was unwavering and together with her Employment Coach, Davinder Kalsi, they developed a comprehensive action plan to evaluate her transferable skills and explore relevant pre-employment programs and training. The plan also included counselling with our VOICE team, who assisted Sandra in practicing interviews and crafting impactful resumes and cover letters.
These combined efforts led to Sandra being referred to Aussie Gardening and Cleaning. She now has secured a permanent position and is thrilled to be back in the workforce after such a long time. She has found the perfect role and employer to match her abilities.
