Women leaders have the power to shape a better world and Sarina Russo has always been one to challenge the status quo.  This quality has driven her success, and the success of the people around her. Sarina Russo knows that strong leadership promotes empowerment and inspires us all to do and be better.

McKinsey research shows that companies in the top quartile for gender diversity in executive teams were 25% more likely to have above-average profitability than companies at the bottom. Furthermore, companies with more than 30% female executives were more likely to outperform companies that didn’t, according to research from the Universities of Glasgow and Leicester

Today, the Sarina Russo Group employs over 1000 staff, 67% of those are women. To mark International Women’s Day, we recognise the outstanding accomplishments of women around the world.

“Stay focused, because if you are passionate and single minded about your goal, you will achieve. Repetition is the mother of skill - if you do something often enough, you’ll get good at it. Mentors are important. Their advice coupled with self-belief will help you overcome any obstacles. When it comes to obstacles, it’s a matter of when, not if. But most importantly you’ve got to dance with fear. Fear exists all the time, but it is how you embrace your vision and the only thing that limits you is limiting your imagination. Allow your imagination to expand and be able to take that vision and take your team with you, because that’s really the secret to success.” - Sarina Russo

Sarina Russo Group is honoured to work with so many strong and empowering women.
